After a successful career in education, mortgage sales and business development, Sam naturally segued into real estate, swiftly managing multimillion-dollar transactions and negotiating high risk deals. While she serves a broad swath of neighborhoods spanning the city and suburbs, Sam thrives off the vibrancy, diversity, and architecture that her Boston community offers. Her unique and nuanced background has taught her the possibilities of home renovation and to never underestimate the beauty of incredible urban design. Sam grew up on the East End of LI and is dually licensed in the Westhampton Beach, NY office where she's proud to share her local Hamptons expertise.
Sam is a NAR member and member of The Boston Athenaeum, one of the oldest independent cultural institutions in the US. She holds a BA in Psychology from Dartmouth College and two master’s degrees from Syracuse University and Northeastern University.
An amateur boxer and former captain of the Dartmouth Women’s Basketball team, Sam is a competitive team player with an overwhelming drive to help others achieve their goals. She takes full advantage of the New England and Hamptons markets —from skiing the mountains to sailing off the coast.
